Processing Time

Each order is custom-made to order and carefully inspected before shipment.
Please allow up to 25 business days from the date of purchase for your item to be completed and prepared for shipment.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • International shipping times vary based on customs processing and local delivery standards.


Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear once your order has shipped.


Preorders & Custom Requests

If you place a preorder or request a special customization, additional processing time may apply.
We’ll communicate estimated shipping dates clearly via email for all custom or preorder items.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Alaila Carroll Style is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at alailacarrollstyle@yahoo.com.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward a suitable resolution.
