Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. You have ten (10) calendar-days from delivery to request in writing for a refund or exchange an item if you’re not completely satisfied.

Returned items must be:

In writing and you must receive in writing a refund approval code or an exchange approval code. Products must be able to be tracked by Alaila Carroll Style.

The return must be:

• 
  Unworn and unused
  
• 
  In original packaging
  
• 
  In resaleable condition

Once you have the approval code, you have ten (10) business-days to return the product. UPS, Postal, FedEx, etc... The return to sender date must date before the ten (10) business-days.

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Some items (such as sale or personalized products) may not be eligible for return. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Alaila Carroll Style products are crafted to order specifically for you. To give our customers time to make a confident purchasing decision, we provide a five (5) calendar-day grace period from the date the order is placed. During this five-day grace period, the buyer may change their mind, cancel the order, and request a refund in writing to alailacarrollstyle@yahoo.com, before production begins.

If a written cancellation and refund request is not received within the (5) five-day grace period, the order will be released into production, and the crafting process will begin. Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded while it is being crafted. Because your product is being specially crafted for you, the buyer must wait until the completed order has been delivered before requesting in written an exchange or refund.

After receiving the order, the buyer may request in writing a refund or exchange in accordance with our return requirements. The product must be returned in its original, unworn, unused, undamaged, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and materials included.

Customers must notify Alaila Carroll Style in writing of any return, refund, or exchange request before sending a product to the designated return address. All requests, approvals, and related communications must be made in writing. Alaila Carroll Style must be able to track the product to make sure it doesn't get loss in transit or stolen.

If the request is approved, Alaila Carroll Style will provide written authorization and return instructions. Once written approval is issued with an approval code, the customer then has ten (10) business-days to return the product to the designated return address.

Products must not be returned without prior written approval. Alaila Carroll Style reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized return and deny the associated refund or exchange.

Once Alaila Carroll Style receives and inspects the returned product and confirms that it meets our return requirements, an eligible refund will be processed according to our refund terms.

By placing an order with Alaila Carroll Style, the buyer acknowledges that the product is crafted to order and understands that after the five-day grace period has expired and production has begun, a refund or exchange cannot be issued until the buyer receives the product, sent in a written request for a refund or exchange, receive in return in writing an approval code, and properly returns the product by the deadline.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 10 calendar-days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:

  The merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition
  
• 
  Contact us at alailacarrollstyle@yahoo.com with your order number and details about the product you’d like to exchange for.
  

Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item will be shipped to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar-days of delivery at alailacarrollstyle@yahoo.com with a photo and your order number, so we can make it right promptly.
