Refund & Exchange Policy

At Alaila Carroll Style, we value your satisfaction and want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:


  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original, resalable condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging (if possible)

  • Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or packing slip)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:


  • The merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition

  • Contact us at alailacarrollstyle@yahoo.com with your order number and details about the product you’d like to exchange.

Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement product sent to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alailacarrollstyle@yahoo.com with a photo and your order number, so we can make it right promptly.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
